Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers stunning rooms, with a beautiful floral display in the suite, creating a 'wow' factor on arrival. The facilities are lovely, but the price is on the higher side at £395 per night.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms, although a bit noisy overlooking a courtyard until late, were well-equipped with nice complimentary products. The service was impressive, with attentive and friendly staff who remember you by name quickly. The hotel's prime location near Moorgate and Liverpool Street stations was convenient for work travelers, and the restaurant menu was excellent. Although the dining options were somewhat limited, the serving staff was impeccable.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful, especially the East Wing which was perfect for us. The service was extremely helpful, although room service took longer than expected. The location was very quiet and nice for exploring London. The dining experience was good, with a variety of vegetarian options. Overall, a great choice for a stay.
The hotel had spacious, extremely comfortable, and clean rooms, but sadly our room had an awful smell, like someone used strong chemicals on the carpets. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff, except for a billing issue. The location was ideal for tourists, near transportation but peaceful at night. The dining experience was excellent, especially for vegetarians. The facilities were great, with modern amenities available.
